Return Policy

Overview

At PrimeAura, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy to accommodate your needs.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • No restocking fees will be applied.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, contact our customer support team at support@primeaurashop.com with your order details.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your item.
  3. After we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
  • Exchanges are allowed for the same product or an item of equal value.
